Terms of use
Last updated: 19 October 2026. Ring Colony is a free game and a personal project by Marc Sala that grows with what the community proposes and votes for. By using the site you accept these terms.
The game
- Playing is free and needs no account. Your game is saved in your browser: if you clear your browser data or switch devices, you lose it.
- The game changes almost every day. We take care to keep saved games working, but we cannot always guarantee it.
- It is provided as is, without warranties. There may be bugs, outages or changes at any time.
Accounts
- To propose and vote you sign in with your Google account. You must be at least 14.
- One person, one account. Using several accounts to vote more than once is not allowed.
Proposals and votes
- You can send ideas for the game. Every day Marc picks some as candidates (he may edit, split or discard them) and the community votes. We try to build the winner that night, but there is no guarantee it goes in, or when.
- By sending a proposal you agree that it is published with your first name and the initial of your surname, and that the idea may be used freely in the game. Ideas do not create any rights or payments.
- Paying never lets you skip the vote.
Community rules
No insults, offensive content, spam, other people’s personal data or anything illegal. We may delete proposals and close accounts that break these rules.
Ownership
The game, its code and its artwork belong to its author. Third-party brand names belong to their owners.
Privacy
How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; if a change is important we will say so in the Ring Log. These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any questions: the support email shown when you sign in with Google.
